First-Line ATM Maintenance (FLM)

Replacement of receipt/journal paper, clearing paper or bill jams, resetting the ATM, telecommunications and electrical power issues, and other maintenance that does not require hardware or tools.

Second Line ATM Maintenance (SLM)

More complex maintenance procedures require a professionally trained and qualified technician to service the ATM terminal or systems mechanical, electrical, communications, or computer components.  Calls that require tools and parts.

Preventative Maintenance (PM)

In-depth inspection, testing, cleaning, and reconditioning of ATM hardware systems at regularly scheduled intervals according to the manufacturer's recommended  instructions.  Our detailed PM will aid in preventing failures in service or equipment deterioration.

ATM Monitoring (ATM ALERT)

Express Teller's automated monitoring will make monitoring ATMs hassle-free. Our cutting-edge ATM monitoring software notifies you by phone, text message, or email (customer's choice of delivery method) if a problem arises 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Factory Certified Field Engineers

Express Teller field engineers and in-house technical support are factory-trained and certified. Upon hiring, each field engineer spends approximately three months with an experienced technician learning installation and basic service repairs. The field engineer is sent to the manufacturer for training and certification in approximately three months. Express Teller field engineers complete rigging and installations, including interior stand-alone, through-the-wall walk-up or drive-up, and island kiosk or bunker-style drive-up ATMs.
